Hello and Thanks - I had heard OV Wright's name over the years and heard that voice but hadn't, until enrolling in the Master's Class of Deep Southern Soul, really heard a lot of his work. Underrated doesn't touch it. I've been listening to this set-from the original post and am past the point of enjoying 'the tunes my man' - "Blind, Crippled & Crazy" - had heard that one a lot but finally heard it done with the Wright Stuff. This past few days I've been listening to Ace Of Spades - love the cover - Thanks for the music and the information.

Really glad to hear that we are bringing people onto the OV train. It should be noted that KC is responsible for this post, I am simply upgrading the files to FLAC but it was his original post that alerted me to OV. I know EXACTLY how you guys feel hearing this amazing singer; wondering how its possible that hardly anybody seems to know who he is. Enjoy!!
